Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00am are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 10:00am on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note that DX deliveries are not guaranteed next day.
On rare occasions, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. Our couriers always do their best to deliver next day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

For smaller parcels up to 0.9 kg and under 60 cm in length.

For boxed items under 1 m in length.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, please leave a signed note for the driver. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Customers in Northern Ireland or the Islands should select the correct option at checkout (e.g. “Northern Ireland”, “Jersey”, or “Guernsey”) Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed to these locations.
