Steamed Willow
High quality steamed Somerset willow, ideal for basket weaving, rustic garden projects and a wide range of traditional craft applications. Used in traditional basketry for their strength, flexibility and attractive rustic appearance.
Steamed willow has been steamed to release the tannins in the wood and stain the bark a chocolate brown colour.
Perfect for both experienced makers and beginners, they are suitable for creating baskets, plant supports, decorative structures, woven edging and other handcrafted garden articles.
