Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

  • Due to the nature of natural materials, variations in colour, thickness, or appearance are not considered faults.

Non-returnable items

  • Cut-to-length or bespoke orders

  • Living willow once dispatched

  • Used or damaged materials

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at dispatch@willowgrowers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide return instructions.

  3. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
